We schedule only one event per day so YOU have our undivided attention and access to our venue for the ENTIRE day!

All packages include: Generous set up time starts at 10am; 1 hour take down time after the event; 1 hour rehearsal; Unlimited meeting times with Kelly Gallery staff as needed; Large party tent with permanent wood floor, festive party lighting and Chandelier; sound system, so you can provide your own music or playlist if you do not wish to have a DJ or Band; 150 white garden folding chairs; 20 round tables, 6 rectangle and a variety of smaller tables and garden chairs; private access to all ten acres of our beautiful grounds and gardens. Renting Carriage House is also optional to extend your stay or set up time.

The Kelly Gallery’s picturesque ceremony sites include our English gardens, lush forest, three different gazebos, pond with stone bridge, and our famous willow tree with hanging chandelier (on request). Please note all weddings and events are limited to 150 people. A la carte packages quoted on request. (Prices effective June 1, 2015 and subject to change without notice.)

Devotion Package ~ $7,900 (Total Package Savings of $500)
Includes Serenity Wedding Package and Rose Garden Photography Package.

Serenity Package ~ $4,500
5 hour reservation for Saturday (though it can be used any day), Bridal Suite and Groom Dressing Rooms, guest count up to 150 people, party and music must end by 10pm with tear down complete by 11pm.

Harmony Package ~ $3,200
3 hour reservation any day but Saturday, Bridal Suite and Groom Dressing Rooms, guest count up to 75 people, party must end by 8pm with tear down complete by 9pm.

Unity Package ~ $1,200
2 hour reservation from 6-8pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for any picturesque ceremony site, guest count up to 50 people. Tear down must be complete by 9pm.

Tranquility Package ~ $800
2 hour reservation from 12-2pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for any picturesque ceremony site, guest count up to 30 people. Tear down must be completed by 3pm.

The Kelly Gallery Inc is a photography business. The private gardens are a private property and only holds private parties held by the owners. Our fees are for photography only. People must go through a consultation and interview for a private invitation to an event on the property.

Wedding & Photography Packages

Intimate Moments Package ~ $1,500

For an intimate wedding in the gardens only with under 30 people for 1 hour from 10am – 6pm on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Includes one hour of photography with at least 100 resolution images. Options for prints and artwork available.

Package includes 1 hour rehearsal and planning time during the office hours the week prior to the event. All photos are limited to the hour booked only. Reception is held at a different location.

Devotion Package ~ $7,900 (Total Package Savings of $500)

Engagement & Wedding Photography

Engagement Flowers ~ $700

Engagement session, 1 hour sitting, includes at least 100 high resolution images, with basic color enhancements, and printing rights.

Garden at the Gate ~ $650

Some of our Bride’s have family or friend photographers that they would like to have photograph their wedding. They also would like to have the additional images The Kelly Gallery photographs for our website and social media pages. This package gives people the right to bring a photographer and have a few of our images as backup. Your photographer are in charge of all the wedding photography and group photos. We will just be there to fill in where they may not have time to be at our discrepancy. This way you will be able to receive up to 50 images of our beautiful images at a discounted price.

The Lily Garden ~ $1,800

3 hours of event coverage with one photographer from The Kelly Gallery, for weekday weddings only (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), at least 250 high resolution images, with basic color enhancements, and printing rights. Engagement Flowers photos session can be added to this package for $350.

The Pansy Garden ~ $2,900

7 hours of event coverage with two photographer from The Kelly Gallery, includes at least 750 high resolution images, with basic color enhancements, and printing rights. Engagement Flowers photos session can be added to this package for $250.

The Rose Garden ~ $3,900

8 hours of event coverage with two photographers from The Kelly Gallery, includes at least 1,000 high resolution images, with basic color enhancements, and printing rights, recommended for large weddings with focus on bride AND groom coverage. Engagement Flowers photos session can be added to this package for $250.

Ceremony Only with Photography

The Sunflower Garden – $3,900

This package includes six hours in the garden and photography with two photographers, 300 high resolution images, basic color enhancements, printing rights to your images, and our signature Engagement Flowers photo session. This package includes complimentary use of dressing areas for bridal party and groomsmen and use of any garden site for your wedding ceremony.

The Lilac Garden – $2,900

This package includes three hours in the garden and photography with two photographers, 150 high resolution images, basic color enhancements, printing rights to your images, and our signature Engagement Flowers photo session. This package includes complimentary use of dressing areas for bridal party and groomsmen and use of any garden site for your wedding ceremony.

The Daisy Garden – $1,800

This package includes one and a half hours in the garden and photography with one photographer, 50 high-resolution images with basic color enhancements, and printing rights to your images. Our signature Engagement Flowers photo session may be added to this package for $300. This package includes complimentary use of any garden site for your wedding ceremony.

Engagement Flowers – $600

This popular package includes a one hour engagement photography session with one photographer, 100 high resolution images with basic color enhancements, and printing rights.

On Location Reception Photographer – $900

Do you want The Kelly Gallery Gardens to photograph your reception? We’d be happy to provide an additional two hours of coverage with one photographer at the location of your reception. This includes 75 high-resolution images with basic color enhancements, and printing rights to your images. Kindly add $400 per each additional hour of photography coverage.

Carriage House

The beautiful Carriage House can be booked for additional set up time or family stay. Brides love to have the bridal party the night before to hang out and decorate early. Imagine waking up with your venue at your doorstep. Perhaps you both would love a peaceful nights rest and time to relax in the moment before you are off to your honeymoon. Or perhaps you have found your perfect secluded honeymoon right here.

The Carriage House is available for $150 per night with a 2 night minimum. The house sleeps 4, is newly renovated with internet, full kitchen, 1 bedroom upstairs, and sofa sleeper downstairs. To see photos of the Carriage House, kindly visit our Gallery page.
